Nagele water bottles are said to be causing health problems and because of this they will be taken out of stores in a few months. These water bottles are made with bisphenol A. This chemical has been linked to many different health issues. On friday a company spokesman said that they will be substuting polycarbonate plastic containers with BPA-free alternatives. The chemical bisphenol A has been used in dental sealants, baby bottles, the liners of food cans, CDs and DVDs, eyeglasses and hundreds of household goods. This has also been linked to neurlogical and behavioral issues in infants, and also cancer, obesity, and diabetes in adults.
